어떠한 전원도 수전하여 출력주파수를 40~999Hz까지 가변시킬 수 있으며 (option:10~5000Hz까지 가능),40~99.9HZ 까지는  0.1HZ step 으로 원하는 주파수를 가변하며, 가변된 주파수를 출력전압 0~300V까지  (option:0~700V) Variable 하여 공급할 수 있는 P.A.M(전력증폭방식) TYPE의 시스템이다
